Vincent joined Partoo as employee #7 when the company was doing €300K ARR in France. Over 10 years, he built and scaled the entire sales organization from the ground up - from the first hire to 100+ salespeople across 25 nationalities, operating in 50 countries with a major focus on Europe, LATAM, and the Middle East.

He managed complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from €10K to €1M+ ARR, with MEDDIC implemented as the core sales methodology from day one. Not as a framework introduced by a consultant - but as the operating system built into every deal review, every forecast call, and every rep onboarding.

In parallel, Vincent founded TrainMyTeam to bring that same execution level to other sales organizations. He trained more than 2,000 sales professionals and Sales Leaders through sessions delivered by active operators. He built MEDDIC-GPT - an AI partner to qualify, challenge, and structure enterprise deals, available on Slack, Teams, ChatGPT, and Web App. And he authored Natural Selling - a customer-facing sales methodology built to differentiate through deal execution, meeting structure, and sales cycle management.

TrainMyTeam: the origin.

Originally, TrainMyTeam was built as a community of active Sales Leaders helping each other train their teams.

The philosophy was simple.

"Train My Team, I train yours."

Each Sales Leader had one topic they were particularly strong at: MEDDIC, Pipeline Generation, Forecast, Enterprise Sales, Negotiation, Deal Reviews. The idea was not to use full-time trainers. It was to bring real operators from the field into sales organizations, using recent deals, real execution, and practical experience.

The community model is currently paused. TrainMyTeam may relaunch this project in the future with someone dedicated to managing and growing the community. If building this kind of Sales Leader community interests you, reach out.
